Unable to connect AirPort to iPhone/ iPad/iPod! Learn how to fix it

You can enjoy interrupted internet experience by connecting your iOS device (iPhone/ iPad/iPod) to an apple Airport.  The benefit of Airport router is that you can use it to connect many computers as well as devices to establish internet connection.  If airport is working fine with computer or any other device but not working with iOS device (iPhone/ iPad/iPod), you need to follow these simple steps.

 Step 1: Make sure your Airport router is turn on and device is within range. If you're too far from router you won't getting any signal, so make sure you're within signal range.

Step 2: Check if your Wi-Fi is on and you can see your network name. A blue checkmark beside a network name means you're connected. If you are not connected to a Wi-Fi network then tap on Wi-Fi option and enter your Wi-Fi-password.

Step 3: Check all of your cables and connections. If you still can’t connect to network or get online, try restarting your device, router, or cable/DSL modem.

  • Restart your iOS device
  • Unplug your router and plug it back in
  • Unplug your cable or DSL modem and plug it back in
