How to add your iCloud Mail Account to the Apple Mail App


iCloud is Apple's cloud-based storage service used for storing data over cloud server. Apart from storing and synchronizing data, it also provides mail account that can be accessible from any Mac, Windows, or iOS device through iCloud web site. iCloud Mail Account helps you to exchange mails thorough your iOS device . You can sync your iCloud Mail Account to the Apple Mail App by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Firstly, sign out from the Apple Mail. Click on Mail, Contacts & Calendars icon, located under the Internet & Wireless section.

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the list and tap on the Add Account button, or press the plus (+) sign. List of all account types will be displayed instantaneously.

Step 3: Click on iCloud option. Enter apple ID and password. Now, you will see that iCloud account has been added to the left-hand pane of accounts. Make sure that Mail & Notes has a check mark.

Step 4: Finally, quit System Preferences and launch Apple Mail. Your iCloud Mail Account is now added to Apple Mail App.
